Cold Callers needed to book B2B appointments from home

We are a small boutique sales firm located in Toronto.
We set B2B appointments for our clients via cold calling.
Our callers work from their own home offices making cold calls to businesses in Canada and the USA with the goal of setting an appointment (face to face, phone or online demo) for our clients to attend.
We represent a variety of medium to large businesses across many different verticals.

We have created some entry level positions for potential sales superstars who may not have a ton of experience yet.

We pay our callers for every call and the average hourly wage for this new position is between $20-$25/hr

Our callers typically work between 3-4 hours per day.

Requirements to be considered for this position:

Sales Experience, preferably over the phone.
Home office set up with a long distance package (no skype - must be a normal phone number that appears when you call)
Proficient with windows, internet, email, excel.
Excellent phone manner with strong command of the English language
Attention to detail
