Position Overview:
-This position involves obtaining confidential medical history from clients applying for insurance. There is no telemarketing or selling of any products.
Responsibilities include:
-Accurately and comprehensively complete telephone interviews and input medical history into computer.
Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual - English and Mandarin (spoken as well as written with excellent spelling and grammar)
- RN, RPN or other medical background
- Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terms
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent telephone and interviewing skills
