We are looking for skilled and experienced writers to be contributors for our Canadian-focused travel website. Work from anywhere, on your schedule. No travel is required for this position.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
• Create an overview of helpful tips for hotel shoppers who plan to visit a Canadian point of interest (for example an airport, casino, sporting venue, school, hospital, etc.) based on your knowledge and research
• At your disposal, you'll have specially designed research and writing tools along with detailed and straightforward writing guidelines which will remove any guesswork and maximize efficiency
• Each writing assignment will typically take approximately 60-120 minutes, depending on your skill and experience
• Compensation starts at $10 + Performance Bonus for each completed writing assignment, with performance bonuses based on your research and writing quality and production volume
• Performance Bonus gives you the opportunity to significantly increase your compensation as your skill and experience grows
• Your writing will be published on our high-traffic website under your own byline to help you build your writing portfolio and get you noticed


Qualified candidates must possess the following:
• Previous demonstrated writing experience with samples (or some mad talent)
• Professional grammar and spelling
• Attention to detail, accuracy and flow
• Ability to expertly conduct web research, distil information and write about it


The following would be a plus:
• Travel experience or previous travel-writing experience
• Skype voice chat
• Canadian-based
• Report card from elementary school indicating that you play nice with others (optional)
