Senior Client Support Agent @ Growing Tech Company (Eastern Canada)

The Opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Live telephone support
• Managing and responding to client support tickets
• Maintaining application help documentation
• Optimizing and automating our client support processes
• Managing a list of usability and bug related issues from submission through to resolution
• Managing & optimizing our client on-boarding process
• Working with our content team to communicate updates, known issues, and new release highlights to clients
• Client training webinars.

The Requirements

• Post-secondary degree
• Minimum 3 (three) years of technology related client support experience
• Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
• Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned projects and responsibilities
• Proficient in everything web related (not coding of course)
• Sincere dedication to exceptional client service (more important than technical skills)
• Self motivated and goal oriented
• Exceptional writing skills
• Great phone presence
• Available M-F during East Coast North American business hours
• Quiet home-based work environment
• Business experience a strong asset
