Entry Level Sports Writer (Anywhere)

An online marketing firm is looking to hire a couple of sports writers - preferably with a knowledge of sports betting. We are looking to have someone start in the short term future.

The position involves writing previews on major sporting events, such as NFL, NCAAF, MLB, NBA and NHL games, as well as some other more general topics such as bios on athletes, coaches, stadiums etc. These articles are short, quick pieces that are about 250 words of length.

Requirements
-Knowledge of major sports in general -- enough to be able to preview games, analyze events, find stats etc.
-Ability to write properly in the English language
-Ability to formulate proper titles
-Ability to deliver articles with consistent quality, meeting deadlines
-Ability to work with Microsoft Word
