                          Ads Coordinator Position - P/T Permanent Online - Immediately -

I am seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual with good computer skills to post Eco Friendly Workshops and Tours in a variety of free online classified ads. The individual should have sole access to their own computer and a smart phone or tablet including their own email account. The successful applicant must be able to start immediately. While experience would be great it is not required. Candidate will be living in any place in Ontario Canada.
The Ads Coordinator will be required to open free accounts on specific online classifieds ads to promote my Workshops. He/she will be required to monitor these ads approx. 3 to 4 times per day, usually less on weekdays. When a prospective customer responds to the ad the Ads Coordinator is required to immediately forward the response to me via email. Discretion and confidentiality is essential. When ads move down in listings you would be required to repost the ad, therefore you are required to have a mobile way of sending, receiving and forwarding emails. Ads will be placed in 1-2 regions and must be updated as required.
This is self employed "work from home position" the successful individual must be self motivated and able to take charge and work effectively under tight deadlines. You are only required to be at your computer to post ads. Responses to ads can be received and forward using a smart phone, tablet or other portable devise that will
achieve the same outcome. It is essential that responses to ads be forwarded immediately. You "will not" be required to reply to or respond to those who have responded to ads.
The Program Coordinator must possess the following:
-Excellent computer skills
-Strong time management skills
-Highly self motivated
-Accepts and follows instructions with precision
-Ability to respond quickly and effectively
-Excellence in meeting "tight deadlines"
-Full access to "own private computer" and tablet or smart phone
-Post Ads (7 days week) will take very few minutes daily
-Monitor Ads (approx. 3 - 4 times per day). This will take a few minutes daily (7 days a week)
-Repost Ads (as required) mainly Thurs. through to Monday
-Respond "immediate" to people who have sent an email inquiry
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
-Maintains high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times
Though not required the following skills would be considered an asset:
-Strong Marketing Sense
-Excellent Research Skills
It is expected that the above will take less than 1 hr. per day, not including the original set up of online ads. The individual may be required to look for research additional "suitable" free venues to advertise and promote the service. The more venues and ads that are placed increases workshop sales. Therefore your income will be a direct reflection on how quickly you post, forward and seek out new venues to advertise workshops. The successful candidate should be able to carry this out in 1 - 1 1/2 hrs per day (max).
This is a self employed position based on commission. You will be financially compensated when each ad that you have place leads to a workshop sale. This is a commission based opportunity with a strong opportunity for growth and expansion.
