On Call Client Service Coordinator - 6 month Contract
Bayshore Home Health - Oakville, ON

You will apply your exceptional organizational skills to coordinate the client care and service commitment at the branch level. You will coordinate service requests, assess client care needs, and schedule assignments for field staff. Your stress management and interpersonal skills are well suited for this challenging role. You will professionally resolve and document client concerns, and participate in client satisfaction initiatives that continuously improve quality levels. With at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care environment, you are proficient with computers and have completed a recognized program in practical nursing or medical terminology.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service.
Experience:
• A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in health care environment.
Education:
• Minimum Secondary School Diploma.
Other Information:

- Work from home, a laptop and Blackberry will be provided.
- On call evenings, overnights and weekends
- Must be available to work every other weekend and some STAT holidays
- Work week is from Thursday to Thursday starting at 4:15p.m. and finish time is at 8:30a.m. 7 days on and 7 off.
- Position is to start in May, 2013
