Call Centre Sales Associates: Work from Home

Advantage Personnel is seeking Call Centre Sales Associates who are looking to work in the comfort of their own home! We are looking for personnel who have experience with outbound calling who have a successful track record when it comes to closing sales. Job description: Call Centre Sales Associates will work from home using a wired-in desk top computer with a high speed internet connection and headset. Calls will come through the computer to your headset and this is where the selling begins! Call Centre Sales Associates will be selling various products and subscriptions depending on sales skill/ experience and will make commission off every sale closed.


Job Requirements:

·         Must work from home and have a quiet environment to work from

·         Must have a wired-in high speed internet connection and computer

·         Must have a working headset ( used to talk into during calls)

·         Ability to make at least one sale per hour

Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities Required:

• Must have outbound call centre experience and the ability to sell
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Persuasive selling abilities/ knowledge
• Time management skills
• Ability to stay focused in an unsupervised environment
• Ability to close sales and proved exceptional customer service skills

Remuneration:

• $10.15 per hour and commission per sale
• Paid on a weekly basis

Shifts:

·         Up to 40 hours per week (flexible in how many shifts/hours you’d like to have)

·         Evening shifts (anywhere from 1:00PM to 1:00AM)
