The Opportunity: Fundraising Representative – Work at Home!
Inspire is looking for team members who are passionate about changing the world with a natural talent for winning people over! Each day, you will speak with donors across Canada to help raise funds, respond to emergencies, renew support, sponsor children, and provide other worthwhile opportunities for donors to help make our world a better place. You will be part of a team of professional fundraisers that is helping to change the way we think about fundraising.
You should have exceptionally strong communication and computer skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will keep challenging yourself to find new ways to deliver world class service.

- You are a warm, positive person with a can-do attitude.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast paced call centre environment preferred but a background in sales, customer service or hospitality is also an asset.
- You are motivated by helping others and knowing your work makes a difference.

- You are self-sufficient and create your own luck.
- You’re not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and “dig deep” when needed.
- You are a customer service expert who thrives on making customers happy.
- You are a wiz on the computer and can type 50 wpm with your eyes closed.
You must provide or supply:
- A newer-version desktop computer (with Windows OS, Windows 7 or later preferred).
- IE version 10
- A firewall, anti-virus and malware security software.
- Your own USB headset and webcam.
- A “wired” high-speed internet connection (cable DSL or fiber, no wireless).
- Your own printer/scanner (or have access to scan and email documents).
- A quiet and dedicated home office to work from.
