DALBAR, Inc. is a leading financial services research firm with offices in Toronto and Boston, specializing in measuring the performance of institutions and financial professionals in areas such as service quality, customer satisfaction, and communications effectiveness.

We are currently seeking investors (age 21-65) to participate in our Call Centre research study.The mystery shop involves a straightforward assessment of the client service provided while calling the financial institution's toll free number from your home and making an inquiry.

Your main financial institution must be either BMO, HSBC, RBC, or TD.

Phone calls will be done between 9:30 am - 4 pm on weekdays
Phone calls take 6 minutes on average (including wait time).
You may make a maximum of 10 calls per month.

There is no investment purchase or credit check. You are only making an inquiry about an investment matter. However, you must have an understanding of mutual funds.

If you are interested in participating, please reply with your contact information and answers to the following questions.

1. What is the name of your financial institution?
2. Do you hold mutual funds in the account?
3. Do you have a direct brokerage account?
4. Do you hold hold stocks/ETFs in the account?
5. What type of account do you hold at the firm? RRSP/RESP/TFSA/non-registered
6. Contact information
