Inbound Customer Service
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative’s objective is
to make new customers and to keep them satisfied and productive with
our client’s products and services on an ongoing basis.
The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact with the customer and will build and maintain a solid relationship based on responsiveness and trust. Terms Employment: Contract Salary: $10.25 hourly plus commission, 20 hrs/week minimum mandatory requirement of service Work setting: Work from home Location: Anywhere in Canada Credentials: Voice assessment/Pre-certification/Online training course is mandatory requirement for Certification and will be provided by client after prequalification Skills Requirements:
· Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with little guidance
· Exceptional conversational and problem solving skills
· Must be able to multitask and be able to diffuse difficult situations
· Windows (98,ME,2000,XP, Vista)
· Excel and Word
· High level of proficiency with Internet application such as Internet Explorer, Firefox,
Duties:
Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type
and cost of services offered, Sell merchandise, Arrange for billing for
services, Investigate complaints, dealing with billing issues, Arrange
