We’re looking for TWO talented, EXPERIENCED seamstresses that really know their way around a sewing machine and are interested in assembling beautiful designer cloth diapers for a growing, modern cloth diaper company!
Here’s how it works:
1. Pick up your batch of materials to be assembled each Monday
2. Sew the diapers at your own pace whenever YOU want (no cutting required)
3. Return the finished product on the next Monday (and pick up your next batch)!
4. Get paid! (every other week on Monday)
This is a piece-work position and you are paid for the amount of product you complete successfully. Depending on their speed, our seamstresses can expect to make between $10.00 - $15.00 per hour (and possibly more)! As with anything there is a small learning curve, but we provide a lot of training and support so in no time, you’ll be maximizing your income!
But you’ve got to be better than good to make it on this team... you’ve got to be GREAT!
We take pride in our beautifully crafted cloth diapers and we settle for nothing but the very best workmanship. Each and every product is thoroughly inspected and must meet the company’s high standards.
The perfect candidate will have the following:
- a quality, dependable sewing machine (must be able to handle multiple layers)
- a back up sewing machine
- a great deal of experience with your machine sewing (and the ability to prove it)
- the ability to commit at least 40 HOURS PER WEEK to production
- a drive to exceed expectations and make a lot of money
- a positive, winning attitude
So give up the 9 - 5! Stop driving to work and dealing with that nagging boss! BE YOUR OWN BOSS and your own team! Work in your pyjamas if you want... we don’t mind! Just do a superb job and make a lot of money FROM HOME!
