The responsibilities include: training site personnel on protocols, reviewing CRFs, conducting source document verification, ensuring GCP guidelines and SOP's are followed, implementing patient recruitment tactics, resolving issues raised by site personnel, and expanding research opportunities within the region.
Qualifications
Ø Must possess a University degree in Sciences or a Nursing Degree/Diploma
Ø Previous monitoring experience and clinical operations experience required
Ø Strong attention to detail
Ø Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
Ø Ability to comprehend and understand the content of study protocols
Ø Ability to work independently and manage fluctuating workloads
