Social Media Intern for Online Magazine (Toronto or Los Angeles)

                             MUST LIVE IN TORONTO OR LOS ANGELES 

Popular online magazine specializing in international and local culture, arts, business, and news is seeking a social media intern for the summer (June-September).

The social media intern will work alongside our Culture Editor and Social Media manager to maintain our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, and more), conduct research both on and offline, and write clever and witty copy.

The ideal candidate has an existing understanding of all popular social media platforms, an interest in pop culture and international news, and writing experience.

The social media intern will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours a week, either in office or from home. If you choose to work from home, you must be available via email, phone, and/or Skype for the 4-5 hour shift.

We have offices in Toronto and Los Angeles, so you must live in one of those two locations as in person meetings are required occasionally.

We are hoping to have someone start by the second week of June.
