On-call Client Service Coordinator (Victoria)
On-call CSCs work from home every other
weekend, starting Friday at 1630 and ending Monday at 0830. A laptop
and cell phone are provided for this position.
On-call CSCs are responsible for taking phone calls from clients and employees in the provision of Home Support services (~50-100 incoming calls per day). They deal with sick calls, various medical problems and scheduling of home support services using Procura software.
Skills: Excellent logical and problem solving skills -- Excellent organization -- Ability to work effectively without supervision -- Good computer skills -- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral

- Compensation: 25h per weekend, every other week @17/h
