Korean-speaker needed for ESL teacher placement agency (Vancouver)

We have a position for a Korean agent to work part-time for our English teacher recruitment agency in Vancouver.
This position is a work-from home position and is commission-based.
Work will be in the evenings to accommodate the Korean time zone.
Full training and support provided

We are an established licensed agency in business since 2004.

POSITION DETAILS

- Part-time position. Sometimes busy, sometimes quiet. Summertime is a busy season.
- Work from home (any location) via laptop and telephone.
- Work evenings to accommodate Korean time zone
- Commission-based (good rate), and opportunity to make good money.
- Work in English and in Korean (as a team and independently).
- Full training and guidance.
- Reference letter can be provided at end of term of employment.

Must have all the following:
- Internet phone, internet and computer.
- Pro-active and self-motivated -- ability to work independently
- Excellent sales/customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and writing skills
- Ability to handle stress at times and to work through it.
- Fluent Korean, intermediate English
- A strong sense of responsibility and team player. You will represent the interests and reputation of the company.
- Availability evenings (Sunday to Thursday)
- Availability to commit to work for the long-term (preferably more than 1 year).
