Application Architect (Toronto)
MUST BE ABLE TO MEET CLIENT IN TORONTO...
My Client is a Tier 1 Vendor, and they have an immediate requirement for a sharp Applications architect to
assist their Clients with a large Portal revamp projects
10-15 years of IT experience
5-10 years of experience in Application Architecture
Must be well versed in Social Media integration (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc), Mobile Apps/Platforms/Location Services, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Web Analytics
Extremely strong writing skills: this is a documentation-heavy role, and the architect must follow the client's methodology
Exceptional client facing skills: must be flexible and adaptable; the architect will be working closely with the client architect and must be willing to adapt to their processes.
Must possess or be eligible to obtain Ontario Government Security Clearance
Programming knowledge of Java Applications development and .Net Applications.
Development experience of Web sites, Web Services and Cross- Platform Mobile applications.
Hands-on experience working with Orace Weblogic Portal, Oracle WebCenter, and Oracle Database
Experience with GO-ITS Standards is a strong nice-to-have
This role requires the architect to be available to meet at the client site in Toronto, but allows the option to work from home in conjunction.
