Achieving overall sales goals and brand objectives for the assigned territory through servicing existing accounts and prospecting new accounts in accordance with Robeez criteria and standards
Increasing market share by identifying growth areas, increasing the breadth and depth of Robeez footwear distribution, and opening new accounts
Acting as a liaison and relationship builder with retailers and store associates
Maintaining product displays and merchandising functionality while in-store
Communicating actionable items: out of stock issues, product display and merchandising issues, quality issues, product usage questions, etc
Reporting competitive information
Completing all administrative duties (sales reports, competitive info reports, merchandising reports) in accordance with company's guidelines
Safeguarding and elevating the brand name and image throughout the territory
Representing Robeez in accordance with corporate guidelines.To fill this challenging role we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years experience in Retail / Sales, ideally with related product experience in the children's apparel, gift, or footwear industries
Experience in Business to Business and/or relationship selling would be an asset
Retail Sales Training and Merchandising experience desirable
Degree or Diploma in Business and/or Marketing
Computer Literacy including intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications and the Internet
Proven record of delivering or exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel within the assigned territory with dependable transportation and a valid drivers license
