The challenge
Since june 2007, ABOVE Technologies inc. co-manages Green properties in Quebec and Ontario. Since june 2011, ABOVE Technologies inc.
is developping innovative marketing strategies using world-leading web
2.0 platforms to market ecotouristic properties in Montréal Qc. To
ensure growth into the coming years, the company is planning to recruit
a social marketing assistant fulfilling the following functions:
- social communication and marketing on relevant web 2.0 platforms
- e-customer relationship with web 2.0 leads till generating actual sales
- e-customer satisfaction including review publication and complaint resolution
- e-market research including property improvement planning and competition analysis
- preparation and delivery of properties for superior experience in the real world
- meeting with customers onsite to monitor experience when appropriate
The main objective is to sustain a high growth estimated 50% per annum - including in recession times.
The profile
- entrepreneurial with high levels of persistence and high stability in personal commitments
- hospitable, experience in the hospitality business a plus
- social, friendly yet professional
- proficient with web 2.0 technologies
- organized and autonomous
- Canadian permanent resident or citizen
- speaks english, french, other languages a plus
This
position will allow for flextime, pay-per-action, sales commissions and
work from home. It is subject to a confidentiality and non-competition
agreement for a period of minimum three years.
