Global Relocation Company Needs a Sales Representative (Canada)

RSC is a relocation services company in Canada. We need YOU, the people who are experienced in Phone Sales, whether you live in vancouver or any other city of Canada.

This is a full time, home based job, which means that you can work while taking all the advantages of being at home. We need men whose age should be 45-60, reside in Canada.

The following is a list of the operational duties/key results expectations for the job.
+ Sales
• Perform outgoing phone calls and emails to warm leads.
• Emphasize salable features, estimate prices and quote terms.
• Maintain contact with potential customers until the orders are booked or until the lead potential is exhausted.
• Answer all customer calls pertaining to the sale or to the adjustment of completed orders.
• Collect funds as required for the deposit on completed orders.
• Meet minimum required targets as laid out by the Sales Manager.

+ Orders
• Ensure completed orders are entered properly and services are available.
• Prepare Work Orders for completed orders. Ensure Work Orders are completed as per procedures and forwarded to the appropriate location.

+ Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and abilities required. Employees who do not possess the requirements for a job at the time of hire are expected to attain the skills, knowledge and abilities required within a specified period of time as agreed upon with the hiring manager.

Educational Requirements:
Education Required: Grade 12 or equivalent experience, plus Completion of a program in sales is desirable.

Knowledge and Abilities Requirements:
The job requires knowledge of:

 Sales procedures.
 The sales cycle and how to support others in a sales environment.
 Word, Excel, Email.

The job requires the ability to:

 learn proprietary software
 communicate effectively via telephone and e-mail.
 multi-task and handle multiple deadlines.
 identify and resolve customer problems when they arise.
 provide status on customer sales.
 communicate with others and display patience in dealing with customers and coworkers.

Work Experience Requirements:
Work experience required: 5-10 years experience

Job related experience required: 1-2 years experience in a sales capacity.
